Larsh Love Miniature Dachshunds came to life through our love and devotion in bringing families the kind of loyalty and unconditional love this breed offers. We share a passion for this sometimes dramatic, yet always animated "mini wiener dog" (long haired and smooth coat miniature dachshund.) After purchasing our very first mini dachshund we immediately sought after our dream; breeding miniature dachshund puppies. Enabling us to provide other families with a healthy and loving 'fur baby best friend' of their own. When I state that we are passionate about the quality of our babies, I mean it! Every baby is raised in our family home with both of their parents and our other animals. We love our daily cuddle time with each and get them use to crate training, baths and nail trimming. I also implement ENS; Early Neurological Stimulation training beginning at 3 days of age continuing to the 16th day, a period believed to be a time of rapid neurological growth and development. This give our puppies a great start on being more adaptable to all the situations they will encounter in life. Producing a stable temperament, socialization skills and preparedness to transition easily to a service animal if that is in their future. Being a special needs mom myself, this is important to me. Fun fact; the US Military developed this method designed to improve the performance of future military working dogs.
